 1 tbsp. miso paste
 1 tbsp. soy sauce
 1 tsp. minced garlic
 1 tsp. minced ginger
 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
 ¼ cup sliced green onions

Mix your miso, soy, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger.

Dry your chicken breast and then coat in the mixture.

Cook in a non-stick pan until chicken is just done in the center. Garnish with green onions and enjoy.
