In a bowl, combine everything except the turkey and mix well.
Add the turkey and blend (works best with your hands).
Form small balls of the meat, place a piece of cheese in the center of each and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes (this could be longer or shorter depending on the size of the meatballs). If you have prepared sauce as well, place the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for a half hour (optional) .
Serve over spaghetti squash or zoodles!
