 8 slices of onion
 4 lean ground beef patties (4 oz. each)
 2 slices of Colby jack cheese
 4 slices of tomato
 salt and pepper
 4 pickle spears

Patty your burgers into 4 oz. patties. Season with salt and pepper.

Brown on each side and top each patty with 1/2 slice of cheese.

Brown each onion slice on both sides and be sure to season it as well.
