Remove the zest from your orange. Peel with a knife and segment out each orange piece. Squeeze the juice that is left and set aside.
Mix your shake, seeds, oats, orange juice and pieces and split between 4 small bowls.
Add the orange zest to the yogurt and stir well. Top the puddings with them. Drizzle with the chocolate and garnish with more orange slices or zest.
Allow to set up in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
