Slice you chicken breasts in half making 4 servings, about 4 oz each.
Mix the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Use it to coat the chicken.
Sear in a pan until the chicken is cooked through.
Cook the cauliflower rice as per the instructions on the bag.
Season it with additional salt and pepper. Add green onions and serve chicken on top.
