Parmesan Meatball Bake

 1 lb lean turkey
 2 eggs
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese
 2 tsp Italian seasoning
 ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
 1 diced onion
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 2 cups low sugar marinara
 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Mix your ground turkey with the eggs, parm, seasoning, panko, garlic and onion.

Form into 24 small meatballs. Seer the meatballs in a hot pan, rolling them regularly.

Toss the meatballs in the marinara and place them in a baking dish.

Top with cheese and bake on 350F for about 20 to 25 minutes.
