 16 oz broccoli florets
 16 oz cauliflower florets
 2 tsp olive oil
 juice from 1/2 lemon
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 salt and pepper to taste
 ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and cooking spray.

Toss your broccoli and cauliflower with all of the ingredients.

Roast 15 to 18 minutes, flipping half way through.
