Parmesan Squash Bake

 1 lb yellow squash
 1 onion, sliced thin
 1 cup low sugar marinara
 3 cloves minced garlic
 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella

Thinly slice your squash and onions. Season them with the garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.

Toss it with the marinara sauce. Top with cheeses and bake on 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Drain excess liquid before serving.
