Pecan Pie Protein Balls

 ½ cup sugar free maple syrup
  cup vanilla protein powder
 ¾ cup almond or cashew butter
 1 cup oats
 ¼ cup pecans
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp cinnamon

In a food processor combine the nut butter, syrup, protein powder, oat, cinnamon, pecans, and vanilla. Pulse until combined. If the mixture does not seem to be sticking together add 1 tsp of water at a time until it does.

Portion into 20 bite sized balls. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes and serve.

Garnish with additional chopped pecans if you would like.
