Cut each breast in half, long ways making 4 pieces. Pound each piece out until it is thin.
Season it with salt and pepper. Coat each piece in the pesto.
Lay flat on a baking tray. Add 2 slices of tomatoes to each piece and add shredded parm on top.
Bake on 375F for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
