Slice your peppers and onions thinly.
Add a small amount of olive oil to a hot pan.
Sear your steak that has been seasoned with the steak seasoning. Remove it from the pan.
Cook your onions and peppers separately.
Microwave your whole cabbage for 5 minutes and allow it to cool. Peel off your cabbage leaves one by one.
Roll your filling and cheese into each piece of cabbage.
Add them to a pan and pour your stock in.
Bake for 15 minutes on 350F.
