Pimento Cheese Egg Cups

 12 eggs
 ½ cup diced pimentos
 ½ cup sliced green onions
 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp paprika
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp pepper

Beat all ingredients together well. Spray a non-stick muffin pan with a light cooking spray.

Add the egg mixture to each of the 12 wells.

Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked.
