Add your ginger, garlic, peppers, onion to a very hot pan and cook until tender. Push them to the outside of the pan.
Beat your eggs and cook them in the center of the pan. Push them to the outside.
Add your shrimp and cook it quickly.
Microwave your cauliflower rice according to the package directions.
Add it to the mixture.
Add cashews and green onions.
Stir in lime juice, soy and teriyaki.
Cook for an additional few minutes.
