Pistachio Chia Seed Pudding

 2 cups almond milk
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 ¼ cup chia seeds
 ¼ cup pistachio butter
 1 tbsp. sugar free pistachio pudding mix
 2 packets of Splenda
 pinch of salt
 4 tbsp. Greek yogurt
 2 oz. chopped pistachios

Mix your milk, chia seeds, pistachio butter, pudding mix, Splenda and salt together.

Add it to your serving dish and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with yogurt and chopped pistachios.
