Pulse your pistachios in the food processor and seperate in half.
Mix nut butter, cocoa powder, protein, splenda, half the pistachios, syrup and vanilla in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp of water at a time until the mixture is moist enough to form 20 soft balls.
Roll each ball in the rest of the ground pistachios. Melt the sugar free dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.
