 4 bell peppers
 1 cup no sugar added marinara sauce
 ½ cup sliced mushrooms
 ½ cup diced onion
 ½ cup diced ham
 2 oz baby pepperoni
 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cut your bell peppers in half removing all the seeds and stems.

Layer in your fillings. Bake on 375F for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the peppers are soft and cheese is melted.
