Mix your wet ingredients in another bowl and slowly add the dry ingredients and stir until you form a dough.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form a flattened log on the paper.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Slice the biscotti into thin strips.
Turn them over on their sides and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Turn your oven down to 250F and keep flipping the biscotti over and baking in 10 minute intervals until it is completely dried out.
