Protein Bundt Cakes

 ½ cup coconut flour
  cup dark cocoa powder (unsweetened)
 ½ cup melted coconut oil
 ½ cup Splenda or Stevia
 4 eggs
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ cup almond milk
 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
 2 oz. instant sugar free chocolate pudding mix

Mix all of your dry ingredients well.

Mix all of your wet ingredients well.

Gently stir together being careful not to over mix. Add the batter to your mini bundt cake pan (mine had 12 small wells).

Bake the cakes 17 to 19 minutes at 350F. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
