Protein Cauliflower Soup

 2 scoops unflavored protein powder
 1 head of cauliflower
 2 tsp parmesan cheese
 1 diced onion
 2 cloves of garlic
 2 cups of almond milk
 1 cup chicken stock
 salt and pepper

Cut your cauliflower into small pieces

Saute your onions and garlic in a small amount of oil until they are soft

Add all remaining ingredients

Cook until veggies are soft

Puree in a blender until completely smooth

Salt and Pepper to taste

Add more chicken stock to thin if needed!
