 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
 ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
 2 tsp. chocolate mint topping

Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Blend your cottage cheese until smooth.

Melt your chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals. Blend with cottage cheese.

Spoon into your pan. Top with the mint topping if desired.

Cut into 12 small squares once it has set. 2 pieces per serving.
