Protein Chocolate Mug Cake

 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
 1 large egg
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 1 tbsp almond milk
 2 tsp cocoa powder
 2 packets of splenda
 1 tbsp greek yogurt
 1 tsp instant chocolate pudding mix, sugar free

Mix all ingredients well in a coffee mug or microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for 10 second intervals for a total of 50 seconds. Stop in between to allow the cake to settle and not overflow the mug.

Top with your favorite toppings.

Shown with light whip cream, 1 diced strawberry and 1 teaspoon of sugar free chocolate chips. If your microwave is very strong, cook for less time. Overcooking with cause the end product to be dry.
