Protein Pancakes

 2 scoops Bariatric Pal Protein One Cinnamon Swirl (or use vanilla and add cinnamon)
 3 Egg whites
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp unsweet applesauce
 3 tbsp coconut flour
 ¼ tsp baking powder

Add you egg whites to a personal blender and mix until they are soft peaks.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Cook in a medium heat pan (that has been sprayed with cooking spray). Flip cakes over once you see a lot of bubbles. Cook for the same time on this side.

Serve with sugar free maple syrup or almond butter!
