 4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
 ½ cup oat flour
 ½ cup splenda
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp baking soda
  cup peeled mashed sweet potato
 ½ cup sugar free maple syrup
 ¼ cup almond milk
 ¼ cup almond butter
 1 whole egg plus 1 yolk
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add sweet potato and other wet ingredients.

Add dry to wet in stages and mix well.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drop tablespoons of batter onto sheet.

Bake at 350F for about 16 to 18 minutes.
