Preheat the oven to 350°F and then grease or line a muffin tin for 12 muffins. Blend the ingredients until smooth with a blender (keep out 1 egg, cream cheese and Splenda).
Mix your room temperature cream cheese, Splenda, and the last egg. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each about 3/4th of the way full.
Top with the cream cheese mixture and swirl them together. Bake for 22 minutes, until light golden brown.
