 2 Scoops Vanilla protein powder
 ¼ cup almond milk
 1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
 ¼ cup splenda
  cup canned pumpkin
