Cut your radishes and onion into small pieces.
Add olive oil to a hot pan and add the radishes, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
Seer them until they are golden brown and soft. Add your turkey sausage and cook until it is done.
Remove the hash from the pan and cook your eggs to your desired preference. Serve the egg on top of the hash.
