Raspberry Vanilla Custard

 4 eggs
 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
 2 tsp. vanilla
 ¼ cup Splenda or Stevia
 ¼ cup raspberries
 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Mix your eggs and milk well. Add your vanilla, Splenda and protein powder and mix with a hand mixer until everything is well incorporated.

Spray 6 ramekins with non-stick cooking spray. Place them in a 9x13 baking dish. Add 2 cups of water around them.

Pour the custard into each of the dishes. Add some raspberries to each of them.

Bake at 350F just until the custards are set in the center. Mine took about 26 minutes.
