 ½ cup raspeberries
 1 tbsp sugar free white chocolate pudding mix
 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt

Smash your berries and then add shake, seeds and pudding mix.

Allow the pudding to set up in the fridge. Garnish with yogurt and another berry.
