Roasted Cabbage Wedges

 1 head of cabbage
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp red pepper flakes
 salt and pepper
 juice of 1 lemon

Cut your cabbage into 4 large wedges.

Mix your lemon juice, oil and seasonings.

Brush each flat side of the cabbage with the seasoning mixture.

Roast for 15 minutes on 450F.

Flip and roast on the other flat side for another 15 minutes.
