Roasted Green Veggies

 2 cups brussel sprouts, cut in half
 2 cups green beans (cleaned and cut in half)
 2 cups broccoli florets
 1 medium sized zucchini, diced
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 1 lemon

Toss all your vegetables in the oil and seasonings. Feel free to add your own seasonings that you love.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400F. Spread the vegetables into and even layer and roast them to your desired tenderness. I roasted mine for 15 minutes or so.

Once they are done I squeezed the lemon juice over them, and tossed them again.
