 1 lb fresh salmon
 1 egg
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Grind your salmon in a meat grinder or pulse it in the food processor until it resembles ground meat.
