Salsa Chicken

 2 large chicken breasts
 1 cup salsa
 1 tsp taco seasoning
 ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 green onions, to garnish

Slice each breast in half lengthwise. Coat well with taco seasoning. Place chicken in a pan and bake at 400ºF for 25 minutes. Ensure chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF.

Add salsa and cheese, and return to oven until cheese is melted.

Garnish with green onions and serve.
