Slice each apple into 4 large rings and them place them in very cold water.
Mix your cashew butter, coconut, vanilla, protein powder, milk, and salt.
Get your apples out of the cold water and dry them off very well. Cut the center of each apple out.
Add the cashew butter mixture to the top of each apple. You can warm it up slightly if it is hard to work with.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil and then drizzle it on top of the apples.
