Set your crock pot to high.
Add the stock, tomatoes, cilantro, and taco seasoning and stir well.
Add corn and beans.
Place Chicken on top. Cook for 4 to 6 hours.
Shred chicken and mix into liquid. Cook for another 30 minutes. Serve with green onions!
