Sauteed Kale and Cabbage

 2 cups chopped kale
 2 cups thinly sliced purple cabbage
 2 cloves minced garlic
 1 tsp olive oil
 1 tsp all purpose seasoning

Saute your kale and cabbage in a pan with the olive oil and seasoning.

Cook on a low/medium heat until your vegetables have reached your desired tenderness.

If you notice any sticking to the pan you can add a splash of water to the pan.

You can also add a lid to steam the vegetables to get them softer.
