preheat oven to 375F.
Cook your onion, pepper, garlic, tomato paste, seasonings in a large skillet until onions have softened.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a baking dish.
Use a spoon to make 6 wells and crack your eggs into them.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until eggs are just set, but yokes runny.
Garnish with feta and herbs!
