Slice your brussel sprouts very thin. I used a food processor.
Mix your oil, mustard, Splenda, and lemon juice to make the dressing. Toss your brussel sprouts with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
Allow to sit for a few minutes to soften the salad. Add your green onions, seeds and cranberries. Serve cold.
