 ½ lb halved brussel sprouts
 1 cup diced butternut squash
 1 red onion
 1 red bell pepper
 ½ lb fresh green beans
 2 tsp olive oil
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ½ tsp smoked paprika

Make sure all of your veggies are prepped and diced as close as the same size as possible.

Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Roast on 400F for about 30 to 40 minutes or until your veggies are at your desired tenderness.
