 1 packet of taco seasoning
 1 bag of cauliflower rice
 ½ cup pico de gallo
 1 avocado, sliced
 ½ cup black beans
 ¼ cup cilantro, minced
 juice of 2 limes
 salt and pepper

Cook your shrimp that has been seasoned with the taco seasoning.

Warm your black beans.

Cook your cauliflower rice as per the instructions on the package, then season with salt and pepper.
