Shrimp Cucumber Bites

 1 large english cucumber
 1 avocado
 1 tsp lime juice
 8 oz shrimp
 1 tsp tajin seasoning

Cook your shrimp quickly in a pan with tajin seasoning, or any seasoning blend you prefer.

Remove the avocado from the shell, and mash with a fork.

Add in lime juice.

Slice your cucumber into thick slices (try to get as many slices as you have shrimp.

Top each slice of cucumber with avocado, then a shrimp.

Can serve at room temp or cold.
