Clean your shrimp and then chop it into small pieces. Mix the seasoning blend in. Add spinach, tomatoes and feta.
Cut a pocket into the center of your salmon, being careful not to go all of the way through the side. Stuff the shrimp mixture into the pocket.
Season the outside of the salmon with salt and pepper. Bake until it is done in the center. I baked mine at 425F for 40 minutes.
