 ¼ cup brown rice (cooked)
 4 oz diced shrimp
 ¼ cup diced avocado
 ¼ cup diced cucumber
 sesame seeds
 greek yogurt
 sriracha sauce

Assemble your ingredients in a ring mold, or round bowl. Add cucumber, then avocado, then shrimp, then rice.

Press the ingredients firmly.

Chill in the fridge for an hour.

Turn it out onto a plate.

Mix the greek yogurt and sriracha and drizzle on top.

Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
