 2 cups chopped kale
 2 cups chopped purple cabbage
 ½ cup shredded carrots
 ½ cup sliced green onions
 1 diced red bell pepper
 ¼ cup sliced almonds
 ¼ cup toasted pumpkin seeds
 juice of 1 lemon
 2 packets of Splenda
 2 tbsp olive oil
 pinch of salt
 pinch of pepper

Mix your oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and Splenda well to make your dressing.

Mix all other ingredients and dress with the dressing.
