Add your oil to a hot pan. Sear your chicken quickly (add salt and pepper). Remove it from the pan and do the same with your vegetables.
Remove them from the pan. Add all of your sauce ingredients (except cornstarch and water), to pan. Allow them to simmer for 3 minutes.
Make a slurry out of the starch and water. Add it to the sauce and cook until thick.
Toss all ingredients together and garnish with sesame seeds.
