Add your stock, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar and splenda into the bottom of your slow cooker. Stir it very well.
Add your steak and broccoli. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix your corn starch and water and stir it into the sauce. Add the lid back and allow the sauce to thicken. Sir well and serve.
