Cut pork into 1-inch cubes and season them with salt and pepper. Sear them in a pan.
Dice your peppers into 1 inch squares. Add meat, peppers, pineapple and onions to your slow cooker.
Combine all other ingredients except corn starch and pour into your slow cooker.
Cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Mix your cornstarch with 2 oz of water and stir it into the sauce.
Return the lid and allow the sauce to thicken about 15 minutes.
