Mix your parmesan cheese with your Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken in it. Place half of your sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the chicken. Place the other half of the sauce on top of it.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high 3 hours or until the chicken is very tender.
Add the mozzarella at the end and return the lid until it is melted. Garnish with fresh basil.
