Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

 1.50 lbs chicken breast
 1 cup salsa
  cup lime juice
 ¼ cup chopped cilantro
 1 packet of dry taco seasoning

Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir enough to coat the chicken.

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Shred chicken once it is done and allow it to soak up the remaining juices.

Serve with cauliflower rice or on lettuce wraps.
