Slow Cooker Healthy Tuscan Soup

Yields6 Servings

 6 cups chopped kale
 3 cups chopped cauliflower
 24 oz chicken stock
 1 lb ground Italian turkey sausage
 1 diced onion
 3 cloves minced garlic
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 can evaporated milk

Add your kale to the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add cauliflower on top of that. Pinch small pieces of your sausage off and add them.

Add onion and seasonings.

Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8.

Stir in your evaporated milk .  Add more stock if you find your soup is not brothy enough.
