Slow Cooker Kicked Up Shredded Beef

Yields8 Servings

 2 lb lean beef roast
 1 small jar of banana peppers
 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning
 1.50 cups beef broth
 1 packet of dry pot roast seasoning
 1 onion
 2 bell peppers
 ½ cup cheddar cheese

Add your roast to the crock pot.

Slice your peppers and onions. Place them on top of the roast.

Add your seasoning packets. Pour your broth over top. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours. .

Shred the beef and allow it to soak up some juice. Discard excess juice.

All cheese and return lid long enough to melt
